Instructions for installing Viber bot

The bot is used to notify you about a change in the status of an order. Unlike the Telegram bot, it can only be installed from a mobile phone. To do this, you need to follow the link from the contact page or find the bot in the list of all available bots.

Installation

1. When you open the link, you will be redirected to the Viber app (it must be installed). Next, you need to click the “Share phone number” button.

   

2. In the dialog box, click the “Give Number” button.

   

3. After carrying out the above steps, you will receive information about the result of linking the bot to your account.

   

After completing these steps, your account will be “subscribed” to receive notifications from the bot.
